DHIP Group has vast experience navigating regulatory and permitting hurdles that are required to successfully develop and commission greenfield infrastructure projects or repurpose brownfield assets, to include large capital projects such as the $2.5 billion Plaquemines Liquids Terminal in Louisiana and the $2 billion Uinta Basin Railway in Utah. In both cases, we established public-private partnerships with state agencies and local governments and adopted the support of public entities and local stakeholders. We successfully created tremendous value and upside for our investors that far surpass the typical returns seen by most infrastructure funds and at the same time created jobs and an economic uplift for the local area.
